When Lisa Alcock, owner of startup design company Lumiscopic, learned she could use the Control Room of Redcliffe Bridge to create an art installation, she knew just what to do. Using low-energy LED lights and 3M™ Dichroic Technology, she transformed a desolate, industrial space into a scene bursting with colors and light.
