3M Fluency Flex is part of our integrated transcription solutions that build on 3M technology to deliver greater ease and efficiency to clinician workflows. To support the natural and individual workflows of Doctors, 3M Fluency Flex provides additional capabilities for document creation so that they can focus on what matters most—patient care.

As a document-creation module within 3M™ M*Modal Fluency for Transcription, 3M Fluency Flex gives clinicians the ability to use front-end, real-time speech recognition to either self-edit documents or send them to transcription for review and editing. With the self-edit option, clinicians get immediate access to the final report, which they can sign electronically and upload to the facility’s EMR when applicable. This real-time access to patient information facilitates quick clinician communication and collaboration to improve quality of care.

Flexibility

With 3M Fluency Flex, Doctors can document, review and sign however they want and wherever they want across multiple platforms. Front-end speech recognition, standard text, access to previous documents and other patient-specific content, patient lists, and schedules allow Doctors to create documents in natural workflows that work best for them. 3M Fluency Flex also integrates fully with other transcription products such as 3M™ M*Modal Fluency Voice Manager and 3M Fluency for Transcription.

3M Fluency Flex helps Doctors increase their documentation quality and reduce HIM interventions by identifying documentation deficiencies through document warnings and computer-assisted physician documentation (CAPD) messages.
