The 3M™ Perfect-It™ 1-Step Foam Finishing Pad essentially compounds and polishes in one step – eliminating the time and expense of compounding when used as part of the 3M™ Perfect-It™ 1-Step Paint Finishing system. Specially designed foam pads are available in various diameters.
Use 3M™ Perfect-It™ 1-Step Foam Finishing Pad in combination with 3M™ Perfect-It™ 1-Step Finish to fast achieve great results in a professional polishing process. After fast removal of any paint imperfections with 3M™ Trizact™ 8000, polish the area with some of the recommended purple cap polish onto the pad to achieve a lasting high gloss finish in just one step on most colours. For an optimal performance use a rotation speed between 800 to 1400 rpm. This process is ideal for any freshly applied paint rectification to speedily obtain excellent results.
