National safe work month - Respiratory Protection.
Take a safety moment in your workplace this October
While a safety incident can happen in a moment and in any workplace, a moment’s forethought can prevent harm.
This year, during National Safe Work Month, commit to taking a safety moment every day in your workplace. This could be as simple as spending five minutes every morning talking with your team about the hazards and risks in your workplace, and how to prevent harm.

Ensure you have respiratory protection that suits your environment best. Depending on the situation, you may not always be able to see the toxic airborne elements jeopardising your health…but they’re there.
Selecting the appropriate respirator for your workplace is critical, but it need not be confusing if you carry out an assessment using the steps below.
